"The most transformative thing a woman can do is give herself permission to arrive."
— Chà Jones, Founder, Vintage 76
About the Brand

A new category in luxury wellness.

Vintage 76 sits at the intersection of winemaking philosophy, women's wisdom, and transformational methodology — creating a new vocabulary for midlife flourishing that has never existed before.

Founded by Chà Jones in March 2026, Vintage 76 is more than a personal development brand — it is a permission slip. It serves high-achieving women in midlife who have mastered performing for the world and are ready, finally, to perform for themselves. Through curated experiential events, one-on-one transformation work, organizational consulting, and a growing intellectual property ecosystem, Vintage 76 creates the conditions for women to move from depletion back into wholeness.

The brand draws its philosophy from winemaking — specifically, the understanding that the finest vintages require both time and transformation. Just as grapes must be harvested, crushed, fermented, aged, and released to become extraordinary wine, women in midlife are not declining. They are distilling.

Vintage 76 is currently expanding its experiential offerings nationally, with The First Pour Nashville launching June 14, 2026, and a growing roster of corporate wellness partnerships and retreat experiences in development.

Proprietary Intellectual Property

The frameworks that change everything.

01

Permission Development™

The flagship philosophy of Vintage 76. A framework that examines how women have been conditioned to seek external permission — from institutions, relationships, and social constructs — and reclaims the seat of authority as internal. Applied both in individual transformation work and organizational DEI/wellness consulting.

02

The Distilling Method™

A five-stage somatic and mindset framework modeled on the winemaking process: Harvesting → Crushing & Pressing → Fermentation → Aging & Clarification → Bottling & Release. Moves women from the depletion of overperformance back into embodied wholeness. The experiential backbone of The First Pour.

03

The First Pour

Vintage 76's signature experiential offering. A curated, intimate ceremony-led dining and embodiment experience for 12–30 high-achieving women. Available as a standalone event, corporate add-on, or multi-day retreat residency for hospitality partners. Nashville launch: June 14, 2026.

04

The Eldest Daughter Narrative

A personal story thread that has become a cultural touchstone in Chà's content work — examining the psychological and spiritual weight carried by eldest daughters, and the permission required to put it down. Foundation of her forthcoming book, Passion, Purpose & Permission.

About Chà Jones

The woman behind the method.

Chà Jones is a luxury personal development architect, author, speaker, Feminine Facilitator, and the founder of Vintage 76. She is one of the few voices in the wellness and personal development space building exclusively at the intersection of Black womanhood, midlife, and embodied transformation.

A first-generation barrier-breaker with deep Southern roots and a global outlook — having lived in South Korea, Mexico, and Kuala Lumpur, and traveled to more than 40 countries — Chà brings a rare combination of academic rigor, street wisdom, and spiritual depth to her work.

Before founding Vintage 76, she built a career spanning instructional design, higher education, DEI consulting, and marketing strategy. That multidisciplinary foundation is the soil from which her most distinctive work grows: a methodology that is simultaneously intellectual, embodied, and deeply human.

She is the host of Life's A Vacay, a podcast about living freely and fully, and a TEDx speaker applicant with the talk: "You're Not Declining. You're Distilling." She is the mother of a son, Langston, and a single mother who has navigated every chapter of her life with grace, grit, and a growing body of receipts.
